These are a simple peanut butter ball that are just creamy and smooth. Kayla and I also used to make a different peanut butter ball called Ranger Peanut Butter Balls that have pecans and graham cracker crumbs in them. The two are very different, but each yummy in their own distinct way, so we always make both for our Christmas Tins.

Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
- 18 ounce Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 pounds Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 12 ounce Chocolate Candy Melts
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and melted butter together.
- Mix in powdered sugar with electric mixer. Mixture will look very dry and crumbly (and you will wonder if you did something wrong…but no… this is really what it should look like).
- Shape into 1-inch balls. -Your hands will get quite a workout rolling these little babies!
- Melt a bag of chocolate Candy Melts in the top of a double boiler. Dip rolled balls into chocolate, then place on wax paper to dry. Drizzle with a different color melted candy, if desired.
