No Sugar No-Bake Cookie Balls

Healthy version of no bake cookies
Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Toasted
  • ½ Cup Almond Butter
  • ½ Cup Ground Flaxseed
  • Cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Carob Chips Optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix thoroughly with a large spoon or spatula
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes
  • Roll into 1" balls
  • Enjoy!
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes about 25 cookie balls
