Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Almond Butter

Cup
Ground Flaxseed
⅓
Cup
Honey

Vanilla

Unsweetened Carob Chips
Optional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix thoroughly with a large spoon or spatula
Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes
Roll into 1" balls
Enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes about 25 cookie balls
