Ingredients
 
 

  • Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Cup Butter, Butter Substitute (i.e. Earth Balance) or Shortening
  • ¾ Cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions
 

  • Combine dry ingredients; cut in butter.
  • Turn onto floured surface and knead 20-25 times.
  • Roll or pat to 1/2" thickness and cut.
  • Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 450° F (230° C) for 12-15 minutes.
