Chocolate No Sugar No-Bake Cookie Balls

Healthy version of no-bake cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Oatmeal
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Toasted
  • ½ cup Almond Butter + 1 Tbsp
  • ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
  • cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Chopped Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula
  • Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes
  • Roll into 1" balls
  • Enjoy!
  • Store the cookie balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for upt o 1 week. Makes about 20-25 cookie balls.
