Chocolate No Sugar No-Bake Cookie Balls
Healthy version of no-bake cookies
- ¾ cup Oatmeal
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- ⅔ cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Toasted
- ½ cup Almond Butter + 1 Tbsp
- ½ cup Ground Flaxseed
- ⅓ cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ cup Chopped Almonds
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix thoroughly with a spoon or spatula
Place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes
Roll into 1" balls
Enjoy!
Store the cookie balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for upt o 1 week. Makes about 20-25 cookie balls.
