1Tbspfresh Italian parsley(or 1 tsp dried parsley)
1tspminced garlic
½tspsalt
¼tsppepper
¼cupromano or parmesan cheese, grated
½cupbread crumbs
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until thoroughly mixed.
Form into 1 1/2 - 2 inch balls.
Place on a greased baking sheet, and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, turn balls over and bake for another 15 minutes, or until cooked through. (or they can be fried in a skillet in olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through).
